Your findings fixed, then checked again
Assist works through the open action items from your Diagnostic or Infrastructure Audit. We make the fixes, your team confirms them, and the next Diagnostic re-checks what can be seen from outside.
Every fix comes with a note on the action item: what was wrong, what we changed, and why. Not because you'll need to repeat it, but because you should understand what you own.
Start from the list
Assist works from your open action items, not a blank brief. We agree which ones to take on, in what order, and roughly how long each will take.
We fix it
We make the change and record on the action item what we did and why. The item is marked Completed, and someone on your side confirms the work.
The next Diagnostic checks it
Where a finding can be seen from outside, your next Diagnostic re-checks it, and only that re-check can mark it Verified. Where it can't, it stays Confirmed by your team.
What Assist takes on
Any open finding we can fix inside your systems. These are the most common.
Fixes we make
- Consent banners and privacy policies the Diagnostic found missing
- Email authentication — DMARC and SPF records that are missing or not enforcing
- Ad pixels, consent mode and server-side tracking the Diagnostic flagged
- Broken internal links, missing canonicals, HTTPS redirects and mixed content
- Structured data and heading structure
- Accessibility failures the Diagnostic identified
- Findings from an Infrastructure Audit inside your tag manager, analytics, ad accounts, CRM or email platform
What Assist doesn't do
- New websites, redesigns or rebuilds — that is Architect
- Campaigns, content, copywriting or social media
- Work that does not start from a finding
If the system itself needs designing or rebuilding, Architect starts from a spec you approve. If you're not sure which findings matter first, start with a Strategic Assessment.
